After a 20 plus year career as a dietitian, I sought more meaning in my work and returned to school to obtain my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In the course of supporting you with the concerns that brought you to counseling, I will help you uncover and appreciate your strengths. We will collaborate to develop your personal goals, over both the short- and long-term. This allows us to maintain focus and direction within the counseling experience, fostering forward movement in your life.
